Does anyone know what Sanibel Island is like in early April? Is it hot and buggy, or still comfortable? The average daily high temperature seems to be 83 degrees (Weather Channel), but is it also humid? Are the bugs out all day, or just in the evenings?

Sanibel is very nice in April. The bugs are gone; killed off by the cooler winter weather.
