The unemployed

Lee talked to the owner of the campground this morning.  Apparently several of the "extended stay" visitors here are currently unemployed, from Michigan and Illinois.  The woman in the camper next to us is from Michigan, lost her job there, but was able to find a job here.  She has not been able to sell her home in Michigan, so is staying in the campground until it sells.  This campground is very clean and well-kept, nice place.  There is a pond with geese, and last night we saw a plover or sandpiper of some kind.  This morning I hear their calls.  We are not near the ocean, but are not far from a river and lake.
