Hi. This is Beanie. Mom said I could do the post today because it was quiet and there's no pictures.
Mom did laundry first, then she walked over to the beach on Flamingo Lake and swam, snorkeled (what a funny word!), and "noodled" (another funny word - Mom says it means floating with the help of a noodle). Mom said there was a turtle out there that stuck his head out of the water and watched her. And you know what? She said a fish bit her!! A little fish, about 5 inches long. What nerve that fish had. She said it felt like a little pinch.
Dad didn't believe her, but then he went snorkeling and you know what?? He got bit by two fish!! A little one and a big one. Dad said a bad word when the big fish bit him. He said it wasn't very much fun to swim when you get bit by a fish. He said it was revenge. He said the fishes didn't want him swimming in their lake.
Barney and I have a new game that we play that is lots and lots of fun. When Mom is brushing her teeth, we buzz her. Who ever gets the closest wins. Do you know what "buzz" means? We mess up her hair with our wings. Yeah, man. We do it over and over again, and she laughs at us. I like it when she laughs. So whoever messes up her hair the most wins. I'm a good flyer, so I think I get closer. But Barney is a little bigger than me, so maybe his wings make more wind. It's pretty close. We get extra points if we touch her head with our bellies. That takes mucho courage!!
